vaccation care discrimination

Upon trying to obtain information on vacation care for April 2008, I have received discrimination as to my special needs child.
I enquired on the 18.2.08 as to April school holidays. My name and address were taken and was told I would receive a package to book.
Today the 18.3.08 I still have not received a package so I called the vacation care centre to find out that all special needs places are filled and that one on one support would be needed for my child whom they don’t have.
I would be more accepting of this news if I was sent an information package and was considered or not considered through means of returning an application form. But to be told there were no places when I have been trying to organise this for 3 months prior to it being needed is appalling!
There is no pigeon hole for special needs children and every one of them have their own special requirements. For a centre that caters for special needs children to discriminate against who they want is very disappointing.
I have done all that is possible to organise care for my child in what I see as more than adequate time to be told "no". Where does this leave me now when there is no one to look after my child during this time due to work commitments, and only 3 weeks to organise it.
