I do hope that Harbison Care staff and management have read these reviews, because they certainly tell a story that needs to be understood and addressed.
There have been some issues with my mother's care, and the professional skills of the staff and their level of attention to personal care of residents is concerning. There is overall, however, a friendly, courteous and welcoming atmosphere and Mum is quite happy at Harbison, in spite of some glaringly deficient care.

Unfortunately there are only a handful of staff you actually care.
The rest are very rude and families trust them to look after their loved ones.Its hard enough on families without rude staff.Shame on you.The elderly DESERVE your respect and caring.NOT disrespect and rudeness

Yes surroundings are lovely, but thats where the lovely stops!! Staff are rude & disrespectful to residents. Not isolated incidents but an everyday event as I have witnessed many times.

I HONESTLY HAVE TO THANK VERY DEEPLY THE LOVELY NURSE WHO DID TAKE THE TIME TO CARE FOR MY WONDERFUL GRAN WHO SADLY PASSED A FEW DAYS AGO. THE STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTATSIC, AND VERY SUPPORTIVE.
THE GARDENS AND SURROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL AS WELL.

yes the scenery and mels are beutiful but sadly some of the stff are very abrupt and rude, although i do undertsand the elderly can be frustratin at times...but its the nurse who should be pleasnt.

The buildings are nice but some of the staff have absolutely NO respect for their residents.
