The Highlands Happiness Centre
Individual or group counselling offered to support recovery from or the management of mood disorders, grief, trauma, chronic pain, work or family related stress. Psycho-education and coaching to promote a positive outlook and attain personal goals are available. Children, adolescents, adults, seniors and families are all welcome. Young people with a diagnosed disability such as autism spectrum disorder are particularly welcome.
Services offered are based upon positive psychology methods and techniques that use the individual's personal strengths as the starting point rather than focusing on the problem or disease.
