Fun and Fitness

Pink Boot Camp has been fantastic I have been going for four weeks and have seen great results in my fitness and weight loss. Tamara adds great variety to each session and one session is never the same as the last. It is so much fun but a challenging workout at the same time, I recommend it to every girl out there AMAZING.

I am so happy with so Pink Boot Camp is going! I have done heaps of styles of group and individual exercise training over the years and am really amazed at how fast I am noticing changes in my body and fitness levels. Tamara is a very experienced, friendly and gentle instructor who manages to tailor exercises to suit all participants and brings out the best in all without being a boot camp 'task master'.

There is nothing else quite like this in the Highlands, and I look forward to getting fitter and healthier with every class.

Boot Camp is NOTHING like the boring old gym. Its fun and challenging, I noticed visable Improvements in both my fitness and a change for the better in body shape and toning after only one week. good fun, great company and excellent results. Stick to that New year's resolution and come join in on the fun and get that buff body you always dreamed of!!

Tamara has been my boot camp trainer for 2 sessions and also my one on one personal trainer. Tamara has lifted my fitness levels during our sessions beyond my expectations, she always aims to encourage me to push my limits and always shows that she has the confidence in my abilities. Tamara is understanding of my lower back pain and has taught me what I can do during my workout sessions that can help stop the pain which has helped immensely. She is thorough in her instructions of what she wants in training and always brings something new to each training session. She is friendly, approachable and someone who always has a smile on her face, these are qualities that I find very valuable in a personal trainer, she is somebody that I hope will continue training me once boot camp is completed and have no hesitation in referring Tamara to anybody who is looking for a personal trainer that works together with her client in all aspects.

Having only ever been to a gym once and not enjoyed it, I wasn't sure what to expect or what my enjoyment level would be at Pink Boot Camp. however the prospect of being in the outdoors and learning how to do cardio, weights and boxing properly in a non- threatening environment really encouraged me to give it a go. I absolutely loved it from the very first session! I have always swum, practised yoga and in more recent years taken up running, but for the very first time I feel more rounded, strong and balanced in my fitness which at 54 years of age is a wonderful thing. I want to be as fit, agile, strong and healthly as I possibly can be and feel completeley 'on track' to reach my goal. Tamara you are a wonderful instructor keeping us safe and on task. at the same time allowing us towork as individuals within the group but recognising when we are ready to, or need to be pushed to the next level. I now cannot imagine my life without Pink Boot Camp. Thank you Tamara. - Michelle Lidgard

"When I started "Pink boot camp" there wasn't a low enough box to tick for my fitness. I had just had twins and exercise was something that I would watch on T.V while feeding the boy's. After just 4 lessons my fitness had improved so much that i could whine out loud about how hard I was working.

Sure it was hard going for someone as unfit as I was.......So WORTH it though. Tam

always knows just how hard to push to get the best out of 'you', not just the group.

Now after 5 weeks of "Pink boot camp" I can feel that I have lost weight, am stronger and my fitness would now be at a level, that I feel good about myself............

Thanks to Tam who has helped get me here with a smile and a gentle push. Trust me if you're looking for a fun way to exercise and feel good...You've just found it."

"I have been with Tamara from the very beginning and I am still at it 2 times a week. It has been the best thing for me. I have reached my weight loss goal of 7 kilos and owe it all to Tamara. It is fun and fantastic to be outdoors. I recommend that everyone give it a go - you don't know what you are missing out on!!!!! I had a personnel training session with Tamara and have my own programme which I can use anywhere. I shall be doing this while away overseas. I love that Tamara gets us involved in various fun runs that are around. Join up TODAY!!!!

Hi All, I have been attending Pink Boot Camp for 6 months and am amazed at my new found fitness level and weight loss I have achieved. I started Boot Camp a little hesitant that it would all be too much for me and I would quit within the first few weeks like I have many times before with gym memberships etc but the more I attended classes the more I enjoyed them and I felt like a million dollars for hours after class, Tamara is a task master but a lovely person, she is tough but rewarding and everything I need in a trainer. I wouldn't go anywhere else, the girls are fun and the sessions always bring something new to keep you guessing. I have lost 21kg and am fitter that I have ever been before. Try it you will love it!

I love going to Bootcamp. Bootcamp has enabled me to feel strong and fit again after having 3 children. Tam is a great motivator and we have so much fun that you dont realise how hard you really work!

I always come home from Bootcamp in a really good mood!

"The problem with Boot Camp is that despite the fact it is exercise and you are still half asleep at that hour in the morning, it is very hard to be too grump with Tam for too long. New routines every week, new tracks to run, lots and lots of fun"

"If you think that gyms are soulless places - then boot camp - in the fresh highland air - is for you, plus you meet lots of new people who hate exercise almost as much as you do".

"Boot camp gives me lots of time and exercise options, whether I am working that day or not, I can almost always fit it in - gorgeous locations, talented instructor and lots of friendly people."
