Published three times a week every Monday, Wednesday and Friday it is the only paid circulation paper in the district.

"Hunt" In the Highlands?

I wish to express my horror at the recent half page article advertising a recent fox hunt in the Highlands. I find this appalling English ritual very offensive and I am sure other Highlands residents will agree that there is no place here for such an event. Even a lot of English want the ritual banned. Ironically the article appeared on the same page as an advertisement for the new Animal Justice Party which I promptly joined and I hope other like minded residents will do the same.
