I'd just like to say that this company should be ashamed and disgraced by the way people look after there houses.I live next door to one,they have completely wrecked there place and have kept it looking much like a rubbish tip.Argyle housing should do regular checks on these places and kick them out if they trash it!!

In response to the person saying that Argyle housing should be ashamed of themselves i totally disagree. Argyle Housing does an excellent job in maintaining there houses, they do at least two inspections a year on houses and they do try they have alot of houses to ensure are looked after. If you have problems with neighbours that live in community housing you should contact the office in charge so you can bring it to the Client service officers attention and they will try to rectify the situation.

Your first point of contact when entering the Aryle office you are meet with a swift look up and down. You instantly are second class citizen. The approved approach when speaking with client officiers is meet with a sausy roll of the tongue and eye brows. When dealing eith a NGO that is their to service the community you would expect a far better quality of dignity and respect as the target client group belongs within the community of the highlands. Perhaps applications from staff can be faxed to the more prestigeous real esatates around the highlands. They then may know what second class citezen may be about...

in response to the person writing how happy they are with argyle housing,Yes i have spoke to the local office many of times and they still havent done anything about it.Obviously the people that work in the office dont pay for the mortgage on the crap heap of a house next door, if the money was coming from there pockets im sure they'd do something about it.and why should people like us paying a mortgage and trying to make ends meet have to live near people like our neighbours when there getting it for nearly nothing,Do they think because they get it for nothing they don't have to do anything.
