well done rosnell staff and residents

The team at Rosnell do a fantastic job for some of our most vulnerable citizens.
The staff are warm caring and go a extra mile to provide a home for each resident
Each resident is treated with respect and valued as a person.
Although the external environment is getting a little old, the inside environment created by the staff and residents creates an amazing home environment.
new residents are carefully assessed to prevent disruption to this warm safe home giving purpose value and meaning to people who other wise would be lost in the bureaucratic under resourced world of disability services
