TreeTops Guesthouse
Tree Tops (c.1910) is one of the last true large Edwardian guest houses built in NSW.
It is also one of the last guest houses remaining from the great tourist era of Bundanoon when the town boasted some 50 accommodation venues, rivalling only the Blue Mountains as the favourite holiday destination of the early 20th century.
Tree Tops offers comfortable 12 double ensuite rooms, 4 luxury spa suites and 3 x 2 bedroom family suites, we are the largest guesthouse in Bundanoon. The property has elegant sitting rooms and log fires, a billiard room and a large sunny conference room.
Surrounded by English cottage gardens and just a short stroll from Morton National Park. We have just been upgraded to a 4 star rating and offer the charm and comfort from Bundanoon heyday, with the sumptuous homemade Saturday afternoon tea, hot hors d'ourves and sherry, a romantic candlelit dinners and full country breakfasts.

Disappointed
Posted by Anonymous User at Thursday 14 June 2007
My wife and I were looking for a weekend away and this place presented very well on the internet. However, we were quickly disappointed (and it generally takes alot for us to be disappointed). The pictures on the internet are not representative of the guest house. The room we stayed in was THE dirtiest rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel's restaraunt service was lacking as well.
Here are just a few lowlights:
-Looked like the bedroom rug had not been vacuumed in months (dirt/grass everywhere)
-Dust on everything in the bedroom
-Mold in the ensuite bathroom sink
-cobwebs in the ensuite bathroom
-moths in the bedroom
-dirt splattered on the ensuite bathroom door
-Leaky shower that made the ensuite bathroom floor wet
-Towels we used to mop up the wet floor placed BACK on the sink, unfolded for our use the second day
-Open-style salt dishes on the restaurant tables that had CLEARLY had other people's fingers in them and had not been cleaned or replaced
-Wait staff that messed up our order and that I heard forget or mess up three other orders around us.
We contemplated leaving a day early because the room was so poor but couldn't due to the weather.
Fantastic Weekend

I don't know what "DISAPPOINTED" was going on about...but we and our friends stayed in absolutely fantastic rooms...spotless and fresh towels and sheets every day. The food was amazing!! The hosts lovely!! We are already planning to go back before winter is over!!!
