Cosy Retreat

I came to work in the Southern Highlands and I used to live across the road from Parsley Cottage and as I used to drive past on my way to work,I would say, I am going to stay there one day. My own career is as a Hospitality Manager/Trainer in a 5 Star Hotel, I always look for a very special place to stay on my holiday.
I returned from the Southern Highlands to work back in Sydney during the Olympics and had the opportunity to visit Berrima as a tourist, I could not wait to book into Parsley Cottage. My host at the time was Marlene and I was given the run of the house, I stayed in the front room, which was so cosy, Wrought Iron Bed and beautiful Linen, surrounded by a wall of delicious books to read. The property changed hands for a bit and I was not able to stay the next time I booked, so I am so pleased it is open once again for guests. I look forward to booking in on my next visit to Berrima.
