Great Eggs

Blown away by Bretts comments above. I've been using Fountaindale Eggs in my cafe and selling them by the box to many regular customers. They are the best we can find, and a side-by-side in-the-pan comparison of Fountaindale to any other free range egg out there was starkly in their favor - big orange yolks!

Try them, they are good.

I purchased a dozen of their eggs at Broadway Fresh Foods. The carton had "laid on 23/2/09". (less than one week old). However when I went to poach or fry them the egg white were watery and ran all over the pan - and the yolk was a insipid pale colour. I tested the eggs in water and they almost stood upright. I will never buy these eggs again. They are not fresh and lack the very essense of good fresh eggs. So much for Fountaindale's reputation!

I have found the Fountaindale Eggs to be the best I have ever had!..and I consider myself an egg connoisseur. The colour is the richest orange and the taste is just amazing! I highly reccommend.
