I was staying in Bowral after Anzac Day in Sydney and ventured into the "Coffee Culture" when visiting an old friend upstairs in the theatre, Richard Rufus.
Apart from the fact it has grown in size the 'Culture' the coffee and the hospitality, not to mention the taste delights, remain as constant as the stars in the sky
