A Disgrace!

I would not recommend this Cafe to anyone, waited an hour and half to see our meals given to another customer and the waitress who stuffed up couldn't even apologise...not to mention, the customers who got our order by mistake actually accepted and ate the meals.
We even started to joke with other customers in the same boat, our eye contact, head shaking and giggles of shock were the only saving grace, adding some entertainment to the experience.
I watched about three tables of customers leave, paying for their drinks and cancelling their meals as the wait was just way too long.
There is no excuse, this is a small cafe, seating for about 26 people, they had 3 people in the kitchen and a staff member making coffees and taking orders. If they can't deal with the capacity of the cafe, reduce the seating to 10 and they just might have coped...maybe!!!
