We booked this service for our wedding Dec 2011, paying $70 per head for adults and $40 per head for the children. We were looking for an incredible experiance having paid $15,000 for the rental of the property and $15,000 for the actual wedding preperation. We are both food and wine people and were looking for an experiance for our guests - what we got was so second rate that I still get upset about about it now. The menu stated prawns - the prawns were the type you buy frozen at Coles deli with the tails still on.... so disappointing. The salads shocking and the meat stone cold. I (the bride ) had to leave our guests to tell them to take back the meat to heat it up. The childrens food was also stone cold and the pies and sping rolls were from frozen packets. Use this company only if you want to be disappointed.
