After recently moving from sydney and driving past this place and seeing it packed out all the time. I thought I would see what all the fuss was about. The service is not A grade due to the Phone never stopping to ring and the staff ran off there feet but they are knowlegable and friendly never the less. The food is blow out Thai. I was shocked finding the food to be so different. This is not your usual Thai restaurant. To some it up its a favour explosion in your mouth. Absolutely loved it!!!

Distorted facts correction:

Phone call for order made before 6pm... when your staff asked you if the deal could happen you rejected this at 6:02pm. So the length of the call drifted over the 6pm while order was being taken.

CRUCIAL POINT: the Offer Code 012 that you claimed only applied between 5-6pm is not correct.... website clearly stated & still states that the code applies when 3 or more mains are purchased & has never been changed or modified since.

Your point about us waiting 30min before cancelling the order is a lie!

I called back minutes after the order was placed. I am sure you wouldn't even have had time to start the order!!!

I did not at any point say "that's to teach you a lesson". Are you serious! I politely cancelled the order out of principal straight after telling my partner what had occurred.

Making up lies & false claims in reply to a valid review although negative is not the right way to go. If you display deals on your website, know what they are & uphold them.

In your above compliant you are missing some vital facts. On the particular night your referring to, you rang after 6pm. We did not honor the meal deal due to the deal being only valid in-between the hours of 5pm to 6pm. This was explained to you politely. You then left a sizable and expensive takeaway order and waited half an hour for us to cook it and rang us back to say you will not be picking your order up and that's to teach us a lesson.

The deal was structured in that particular way to encourage people to order outside our peak service period which is standard business practice.

We have now removed that particular condition from that deal on our website to make it more user friendly.

Beware!

Website offers deals & specials that they will not honour in Restaurant. Attitude given & no care factor from staff.

If you like waiting & like being herded like sheep I highly recommend this restaurant.

Its one thing to be tight! Its another thing to treat the people who give you money with disrespect!

Have eaten here on a number of occasions, will not be doing so again & know others who share same view.

I have traveled many times to Bangkok, its good to see finally there is someone in Australia that can cook Thai food to a hotel standard. Well done guys.
