Eschalot Restaurant in Berrima features modern International cuisine in an elegant, relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy pre dinner drinks in front of the open fire during winter, or relax in the formal courtyard during summer.
Owners Tony Capps and Richard Kemp believe one of the keys to their success is the fact that there are two chefs running the restaurant, which means they are always challenging each other to move forward. It also provides consistency in the preparation of food and the professional and personal service in the restaurant.
Tony and Richard are also hands on with the selection of wine for the restaurant. Both food and wine menu change bi-monthly with some favourites remaining. Their aim is to offer wines that match the style of food served as well as appealing to a varied clientele from the wine connoisseur to the wine novice. Four times a year they host a celebrated six-course degustation wine dinner. These events are extremely popular and really showcase their talents in matching creative food with wines.
With combined training in French, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines and over 25 years hands on experience in restaurants and resorts in Sydney, North America and Europe, Tony and Richard were looking for a lifestyle change and somewhere special to open a restaurant. In Links House they found it.
Links House offers a very special experience to the hotel guest and restaurant patron with its intimate and relaxed atmosphere combined with the staff's personal attention to each and every guest. Tony and Richard's aim is to present well executed food in a warm, professional and inviting environment - relaxed elegance at its best!

Brunch available on Sundays from 10.30am.
