Best thai in bowral & southern highland

Everytime I go to bowral I have to have dinner at this restaurant. We alway have a wonderful time over there.I love everything there. I'll be back again,for sure.

We had lunch at Jack Style today. We have been there many times over the years and keep coming back because it is so good. The service is always good and very friendly and the food is consistently excellent. It was Tulip Time today and the place was quite full but the food came in good time. The Saffron Rice would have to be the best in the world!!

I came to the Southern Highlands for a getaway and found this place, tuck away on station street, this would have to be the best tasting thai food i have eaten in along time. Wish this bloke was in Sydney. Kind service and reasonably priced.

We have been to Jacks Style a number of times and have been very pleased with the taste of the food and the service is mostly good. Last night the food was excellent however we were left at our table for 20 minutes before anyone came up to serve us and this was only after we asked to be served.My Wife asked for a certain drink we were advised they had run out of this. Every time we go there and ask for a this drink (which is on the drinks list) we are told they have run out of it. Her alternative drink request was not met correctly after that as well. Perhaps the thing we were most disappointed with on the night was the fact that a man from a table of 14 near us started bellowing a speech (went for 20 mins and was still going when we left)in the middle of the restaurant, was rude to other patrons who made the decision like us to leave the restaurant. We left before we had dessert. We were disappointed in the fact that the restaurant Manager should have gone up to this inconsiderate person and politely asked him to either speak lower or speak for a shorter time and have some consideration for other guests. It is a moderately noisy restaurant at the best of times, partly because there are too many tables packed into such a small space. With this fellow bellowing his speech we could not hear each other talking. The food as I said is excellent but in summing up everything, we will probably not be going back!

Jack Style is really a great place to experience Thai food. The servings are fresh and well-proportioned. Each plate is presented in unique way that adds interest to the meal. And the pricing isn't much different from the average "asian takeaway". Weekend nights are pretty much booked out which speaks for itself. (Oh and the staff are courteous to boot!)

We are hoping to go there tonight again, for a little family celebration. Om nom nom!

I was recently in Bowral with work and my wonderful Boss, Mel, took us to Jack's Style Thai Restaurant for dinner. I was a little worried, as I hadn't eaten Thai food before, but I am now a HUGE FAN! Thankyou so much for the wonderful cuisine, the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and I am looking forward to my next visit.

A visit to Bowral must include a meal at Jacks Style Thai!

The locals love it and visitors travel miles for it.

You have to have the pineapple rice and BBQ pork!

We have made the habit of visiting Bowral several times per year.

The visit is not complete without lunch or dinner at Jack's Thai restaurant in Bowral.

Always the ingredients have been fresh , beautifully presented and the flavours as good as any Thai experienced. Serves are generous and prices pleasantly acceptable. We find the restaurant very comfortable traditional Thai atmosphere with staff pleasant and helpful.

A most relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We find dinner opening at 5.00PM suits a day's outing in the district and return to Sydney reasonably early.
