I've been doing business with the BDCU, Moss Vale Branch, for eleven years. Jane and her team have looked after me, and my husband while he was still alive, with unfailing courtesy and helpfulness. They greet their regular customers by name and enquiries about their wellbeing, and are never too busy to assist the not-so-computer-literate, such as myself, at the on-site screen.
