My wife and I built a Nu Steel home in 1999. We dealt with Nu Steel Homes in Bowral at that time. The service we received at that time was excelent. We had our own plans of what we wanted and they accommodated us with no worries. They dealt with council and all other departments to get the job done. We were owner builder/contracter and this was no problem either. We used their contacters if they were better and ours if they were. the only trouble we had was with the bricklayers they recomended. We had to nock it down from floor level and start again but Nu Steel supplied the bricks for our bricklayers after a small skirmish. We have not had any movement or cracks or popped screws in the house at all in the nine years we have been in it. Every now and then it will talk to you thriugh the iron roof as it expands and contacts, it was the same with our last house. Next time it will be a tiled roof. We are going to build a smaller house to retire in and it will definately be a Nu Steel house.
