Our $7,000 system was installed December 2005. It started playing up about a year ago. Now it just refuses to work at all. I have had 2 different air con service men out but they tell me they can't get parts - buy a new system ONLY $8,000. I'm not a happy little vegemite. If anyone has any success getting this fixed under warranty please do tell.

Same issues as rest. Now unable to get any parts, anybody have any luck with sensors? Aircon just sits there.....What a bulls**t company

I had Wisper Air put in a split system in my home, one year latter I had to get the sensor fixed, this is when I found out the company had GONE. I paid the teck employed by wisperair cash to fix the sensor as he said he was still owed thousands of dollars by wispeair.
Two years latter the whole air system stoped working, after trying to get hold of wisperair to repair or replace I was told of other people that had their system brake down on them and could not find wisperair.
If you ever find the persons that ran wisperair, let others know NOT to deal with them

As the previous two reviews, we've had nothing but dramas. Whisper Air installed ducted air con in our house in Nov 04, the motor was manufactured by Tec Air. It broke down a couple of years later. All calls to Whisper Air were useless as they had gone broke. Tec Air didn't want to accept responsibility for the machine so we had to claim the replacement machine under our house insurance. We had Dept of Fair Trading trying to sort it out for us too but they couldn't get anywhere either. Now this new machine has broken down again and all calls to Tec Air are proving useless as well. They're telling us to call Whisper Air??!!

PLEASE by all means avoid!!! doing business with this company. They have gone bust and this is after they installed a $13,000.00 air con unit for us, along with offer for extened warranty of $800.00. Our machine has now failed and we have NO quilified reapairers for even the manufacturers warranty!.

This company charged me and 3 of my friends nearly 10k for each ducted air con. Each many faults and problems. Have called these guys out in the past to rectify the issues, they have not been fixed. NOW off course, from what I can see, this company has gone bust, all their phone numbers are diss connected and mobiles diss conected. Fat chance of finding them. I have now paid a further $1645.00 to fix their screw up's, If you know these guys, stay away from them, go else where if you value your hard earned dollars !
