Poor Service

I found the woman at the counter very rude and abrupt. She made it quite clear that as it was 4:45pm and as they closed at 5pm, there was no possibility of her being able to assist me in my quotation that day. It was made very clear to me that I was considered more of an inconvenice than as a valued customer.
Once I finally placed my order, it took far longer than quoted to print.
