The statement "weekly external inspections of properties and quarterly internal inspections of all properties" is not accurate for at least one landlord I know (a family member). Their property has had one internal inspection over the previous 13 months. The report was not exactly detailed either, the grounds are described as being in "fair condition". What does that mean? Ladies, lift your game!
