Berrima Diesel is without doubt at the top off their trade. They are the best you will find. I guess they just don't have time to spend on maybe customers. I phoned and made an appointment without any issue! I took my vehicle to 3 other local mechanics to solve my issue. Unfortunately some $3000 latter and 2mths wasted time the problem wasn't fixed. The guys at Berrima diesel picked the fault simply by observing the sound my vehicle made driving up their workshop driveway. In my time waiting in the workshop lounge I observed approximately 5 staff dedicated just to answering the phones from enquiring customers from all over Australia. All were answered in a professional manner. How anyone could expect better service than this confuses me!

I HAVE BEEN BOUGHT UP WITH DIESELS AND THROUGH MY EXPERIENCE AND WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY THERE IS NO ONE ELESE IN NSW THAT CAN COMPARE WITH ANDREW AND HES DAD AT BERRIMA WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP, I RANG UP THE OTHER DAY TO ENQUIRE ABOUT A TURBO INSTALL IN MY CRUISER AND ANDREW HIMSELF EXPLAINED ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT THE INSTALL. AND AFTER DOING MY HOMEWORK ON VARIOUS INSTALLERS AND TURBOS BERRIMA DIESEL ARE THE ONES TO GO FOR.

I first made contact with berrima diesel monday 11/4/11 by phone and spoke to a lady who took a message about my enquiry. She said she would have them ring me as soon as he got of the phone. I waited all day with no response. It is now Wednesday I have contacted berrima diesel each day and I am told the same story that she will have them call me back. I am still awaiting a call.I have now made my enquiry to another service provider who was very helpful. I am glad I did not commit myself to dealing with them if this is the way they treat their customers.I would hate to think what sort of problems I would go through if you were to have a problem with their work and needed help to resolve a problem under warranty.
