I must say I am so impressed with the service that Gallery Serpentine offers. So far I have bought two corsets, a year apart and the assistants are always more than happy to help fit you and give helpful advice.
I love the choice of fabrics and cuts and I am always on the lookout for another corset to add to my collection.

After finding this gem of a store I invested in a beautiful corset for my year ten formal which recieved so many good reviews that I have now bought a second corset for my year 12 formal. If you wish to stand out from the crowd at your next formal I urge you to purchase one of the many beautiful corsets available from Gallery Serpentine.

I had seen the Gallery Serpentine shop a few times but always had the kids with me, so I took advantage of having to take child #1 to Irish dancing in Robertson to go and have a browse whilst I waited.
What a wonderful sight met my eyes!Stunning, beautifully made wedding dresses from olde worlde eras that made me wish I was getting married all over again, gorgeous velvet corsets (to be worn on the outside, and which look very glamorous) and I ended up buying one of these. For the men they have old fashioned frock coats in a range of styles. I showed my husband the brochure and web site and he has requested to get one of the frock coats for his birthday.
Gallery Serpentine has very well made gorgeous outfits perfect for formal outings, fancy dress, or for those keen to dress in period costume. I think they can even do made to measure, or at least offer a fitting service, and they are not outragously expensive like some locally hand made items. Well worth a look!!!! I will certainly be back.
