Unhappy with Sugar Daddy's Cake Design

I experienced extremely bad service from Sugar Daddy's Cake design. Not only was the cake undercooked and unable to be served by our wedding venue, it was also the wrong flavour, wrong icing and delivered 3 hours late than advised. She had also ignored my calls for 2 months and only confirmed the night before my wedding that she was even coming, despite asking for payment in full when I ordered. When I called Elissa to ask for my money back, she was rude and disinterested - stating that the cake was fine as her 'children ate the scraps' and it 'wasn't her problem the cake could not be served'. She ended up saying she had to go because she had 'things to do' not once apologise for my wedding cake not being served on the most important day of my life.

I had a great lesson in making animals at Sugar Daddy's and am inspired to do more decorating as are my daughters who also attended. Elissa is a friendly and very helpful teacher. I recommend her classes and shop.
