Classes

for the last two years my friends and I have ventured to Mittagong for a weekend away and a day class at this store. We have already booked in for October next year - already with a quilt in mind to be taught. We always have great fun and the ladies in the shop are lovely
What a shop!

One of the friendliest quilt shops I have ever visited. The owner is so helpful without pushing & has a great sense of humour. The classes are just perfect---you can learn what you want! No stuffy formal classes where the teacher needs her ego stroked. Just great.

That is what I thought when I walked thru the door, and WOW. the myriad of designs is awe inspiring, the selection of fabrics is amazing and the staff friendly and willing to help - without the immediate how can I help you. My Mum and I walked in, were able to take in the atmosphere. I think the staff give you that little time to breathe again before they ask if you need any help. Help - oh yes - sure do, cause were does one start when the array of colour in their gorgeous quilts hits you. You are staring.
Thank you ladies for all your help with my purchase. I hope to be back soon for a class as well as more material.
This 'shop' - can one realy call it that ? perhaps - the Quilt and fabric residence would be better must be visited by any quilter.
Visit to believe

This is the most friendly, helpful quilt shop I have visited in ages. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The quilts on display are worth visiting this store to see. They are amazing, individual and just electric.
happy & helpful

The atmosphere within the shop is bright and easy.
The staff were extememly helpful, happy to offer advice and direct me to the specific areas I was interested in. The staff did not mind being interrupted from their stitching or their coffee.
We were made to feel most welcome.
