Outstanding Service

I just purchased a digital camera from the Bing Lee website. This was my first and only purchase from the Bing Lee website and also from an interstate location. I dealt with Simone from customer service. I had a bunch of questions initially over the phone and they were answered promptly and in a friendly manner. She did seem a bit vague on some things, but considering they are not camera specialists this was to be expected. The 2 questions Simone could not answers, she got back to me the same day after speaking with their distributor. So I placed an order right away.
I emailed the same night I made the purchase to confirm my direct deposit payment and I also had a few post-sales concerns. Bing Lee confirmed my payment BEFORE 9:00am Melbourne time (wow) the following morning, and confirmed the item would be posted later that day. Simone also replied immediately with my post-sales concerns.
They provided an Australia Post tracking number and the item was delivered to my home first thing in the morning 3 days after ordering.
Hassle free transaction.

Compliments to the wonderful service I had today 22 July 2010 from Shaun Williams in the computer section at the Bing Lee store at Bowral. Excellent information, professional manner as well as a person who has a happy disposition. Pleasant surprise as I had just come from a store where rudeness was what I received from 1 person. It only takes 1 person to ruin a business. When I make up my mind as to the computer I need, it will be back to Bing Lee to speak to that happy young gentleman. Cheers Shaun and thank you.

Went into buy a Laptop No one chould help me.
They told me to come back in a couple of days when their computer guy whould be back in.
I didint return.
