Someone who knows what they're on about

The friendly owner of this shop has a wealth of knowledge and if you ask politely he'll be more than happy to walk you through any electrical problems you might have; from wiring up a car stereo to installing a surround sound audio visual theatre in your home.
As for this:

They might not have the buying power of a major chain retailer but the quality and service is definitely there. A bright alternative? The staff in both of those stores combined would be barely bright enough to spark up a 40 watt light globe.
But sure dude, if you want to get a wireless network setup so you can play Xbox 360 on your Bigpond connection then GO and whinge to Hardly Normal, Dick Smokers or Rectalvision.

The guy who runs this shop has a great deal of technical knowledge and is very helpful. It's a family run business.

I found the number for this shop on here and just called them. i was originally after some technical advice on some surveilance and found the gentleman who answered the phone to be most helpful and he actually talked me through the problem and advantages i may encounter with various set-ups. thankyou. i will be visiting this shop shortly.

I found the new owner of Leading Edge to be friendly and very knowledgable in all things electronic. He is helpful from a 10c resistor to a two hundred dollar purchase.
Dick Smith is fine if you know what you want, but if you need experience and expert advice, then Leading Edge is the way.
