Hi I went into the Tuckerbag this morning and was served by Wendy on the Deli, my suggestion is that she might actually smile when she's serving. I won't be going back in a hurry! In contrast the young girl on the checkout was very friendly, Wendy should get some tips!

I have lived in Moss Vale for 5 years now and have always gone to IGA, however I have noticed that BiLo is such a better supermarket. They have a very welcoming atmosphere and the store is always clean and bright unlike the dark empty aisles at IGA. BiLo offer great customer service and excellent quality fresh food also they have full shelves and a better range of products. I'll be shopping there from now on. Well done Coles and the team at Moss Vale for making it a great place to shop.

I would like to see them change it to a Coles though...

What sort of review is about a docket printing slowly !!!

Get a life you nut... It's people like you that make the Southern Highlands such a pathetic place to live.

I.G.A. Is a grrreaaat place to shop the customer service is second to none as is the quality and price.

This supermarket is good, the prices are good and the service is okay, however the docket printer is so slow!!! You have to wait for the docket to print which seems like a lifetime.

i quite like the moss vale tuckerbag store, its pleasant to be in, more so than the competitor down the road. overall staff are quite plesant and fast but one problem i do have is how SLOW the docket machines are! its time to upgrade them!

Generally the better store to shop in Moss Vale. However they do seem to have some delivery problems as shelves often seem somewhat empty particularly with on sale items. Customer traffic seems to have increased in this store no doubt because of poor quality fresh food in the other Moss Vale outlet and perhaps management is finding it difficult to keep up. My big gripe about this store is its advertising of 'fresh seafood daily' from the south Coast. I dont think so. There are no deliveries on a Sunday as the stock is very depleted and the prawns are imported and have been frozen. In general though the staff are pleasant, helpful and the service at the register is fast.
