Flavours of the Valley
Flavours of the Valley offers a unique range of food experiences in a gorgeous private location. Focusing on food and wine and utilising quality, locally grown produce, we are pleased to offer - Cooking Classes, Food and Wine Tours, and an exclusive intimate venue for that special occasion.
We conduct regular cooking classes (see our class schedule) OR Classes and Foodies Trails on demand for groups of 4 or more. Flavours of the Valley is set on 120 acres in picturesque Kangaroo Valley just one hour from Wollongong and two hours from Sydney or Canberra (it really is worth the drive!). We aim to create an experience where you can rediscover the pleasures of gathering food and sampling international fare.
Cooking is not just about the kitchen. It's also about sourcing quality seasonal ingredients to make every recipe a success. Our food tour will take you on a feast for the senses! Visit local producers where you can sample and purchase the freshest of Valley produce, or visit our kitchen to cook up some culinary delights. Our hands on Mediterranean cooking classes focus on simple flavour filled dishes to help you recreate and enjoy the taste of Italy, Spain and Morocco in your own home.
All of our classes are different. You can attend most of them and never cook the same thing twice! We conduct scheduled classes and also cater for private group bookings for both cooking classes and the Foodies Trail.
