Saint Derycke's Wood Vineyards and Winery
Our wines are made from carefully selected, hand-picked berries that are gently pressed by our air-bag press. This eliminates the bruising and trauma that can accompany mechanical methods. We then look to minimal intervention and handling during the critical fermentation and maturation processes.
We believe this careful attention to detail has contributed to our winning both national and international awards for our 2001 Unwooded Chardonnay, with ten medals including Best Wine Southern Zone 2003.
