Healthy Shopping Tour at Bowral Woolworths
Join a dietitian from Diabetes Australia-NSW on a guided tour of Bowral Woolworths to find out about current healthy food choices, reading food labels and being a smart supermarket shopper while saving money.
"The tours are interactive and will benefit people who want to reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes or other chronic lifestyle diseases and assist those who have been diagnosed with diabetes," says Clair Stevens, Dietitian, Diabetes Australia-NSW.
The next shopping tour will be held at the Woolworths at the Bowral Shopping Centre, Bong Bong Rd, on Thursday November 2 from 1pm to 3pm. The cost is $12 for Diabetes Australia-NSW members and $18 for non-members.
